Every product is ranked BEST, BETTER, OK or AVOID based on the additives identified in its ingredient list and the health symptoms those additives are associated with. The reasoning is shown with each product, so you can judge for yourself.

Yes — use your phone's camera in the iSpy.Food web app to scan any barcode in-store and instantly see the product's analysis and ranking before it goes in the trolley.
